I had the opportunity to capture Meghan and Garrett's engagement session on the picturesque shores of Dauphin Island, Alabama. As a photographer, I am always thrilled when couples choose me to document their love stories, and this session was no exception. What made it even more special was the fact that Meghan is from Michigan, while Garrett hails from Alabama. They decided to have their engagement photos taken in both of their home states, with me being lucky enough to photograph their first set of portraits down here.
The timing couldn't have been more perfect. We planned the session during the golden hour, when the sun coats everything in a warm and glowy light. As the sun started to descend, casting a breathtaking hue over the beach, Meghan and Garrett were the epitome of love and happiness.
